Vacuum brazing is a versatile process that is used on a large number of metal alloys. Our services include suction or hydrogen atmosphere, assembly, braze repair, hydrogen fluoride cleaning hard surfacing, and ceramics with or without metallizing. Temperature uniformity is maintained on the work piece when heating in a vacuum, greatly reducing residual stresses because of the slow heating and cooling cycles used in vacuum brazing.
